- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Knox unflavored gelatine in 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- 3/4 c. chopped red onion
- 1 can shrimp, well drained
Directions

1Bring undiluted soup to a boil; add cream cheese until smooth and melted.

2Add gelatine.

3Put into the refrigerator until chilled.

4Add celery, onion, mayonnaise and shrimp.

5Pour into a mold and chill.

6Take out of refrigerator 15 minutes before unmolding.

7Serve with crackers.
