  • salt, pepper and cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 lb. margarine
  • 1 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped fine
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped fine
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • seasoning to taste
