- 3 lb. peeled shrimp
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1/2 c. chopped green onion
- 1 stick butter
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- salt, pepper and cayenne to taste
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet.

2Add chopped vegetables.

3Cook over medium heat until melted.

4Add tomatoes; simmer for 15 minutes. Add shrimp and dry ingredients; simmer and cook for 15 minutes. Serve over rice with French bread and butter.
