  • 2 Tbs. unrefined oil
  • 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 3 stalks celery and leaves, chopped
  • 4 cups cooked quinoa
  • 2 Tbs. shoyu (soy sauce)
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 Tbs. sake or dry white wine (optional)

Directions

    Heat a wok or large, heavy skillet. Add oil and ginger. Over medium-high heat saute onion briefly, and add celery, sauteing until partially cooked. Add quinoa and shoyu, stir once, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add peas, shrimp and sake. Cook for 2 minutes, covered or just until the peas are tender
