- 1 egg
- 3 green onion tops
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 4 c. cooked rice
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 lb. shrimp, cut into thirds
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Combine egg and milk in small bowl and mix well.

2Pour into skillet.

3Cook until set.

4Cut into strips.

5Saute onion tops, shrimp and garlic in oil in skillet.

6Add rice and soy sauce. Cook until rice is heated through.

7Stir in cooked egg.

8Heat to serving temperature.

9Garnish with additional onion tops.
