Shrimp Fried Rice

  • 1 egg
  • 3 green onion tops
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 4 c. cooked rice
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 lb. shrimp, cut into thirds
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions

    Combine egg and milk in small bowl and mix well.

    Pour into skillet.

    Cook until set.

    Cut into strips.

    Saute onion tops, shrimp and garlic in oil in skillet.

    Add rice and soy sauce. Cook until rice is heated through.

    Stir in cooked egg.

    Heat to serving temperature.

    Garnish with additional onion tops.
