  • 1 small pkg. white rice, cooked
  • 1 to 2 lb. boiled shrimp, chopped
  • 6 to 8 scrambled eggs
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • minced garlic, to taste
  • 1 small jar mushrooms
  • soy sauce
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Directions

    Saute vegetables in 1/2 stick margarine.

    Add soy sauce until brown.

    Mix rice, shrimp and eggs with vegetables.
