- 1-1/2 cups MINUTE Premium White Rice
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup cubed OSCAR MAYER Cooked Ham
- 3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/2 lb. medium (about 26) fresh shrimp Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
Directions

1Prepare rice as directed on package; set aside.

2Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

3Add ham, mushrooms, peas and green onion.

4Cook 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

5Add shrimp to skillet.

6Cook 4 minutes, stirring, until shrimp are pink.

7Stir in cooked rice, soy sauce and egg.

8With 2 wooden spoons, toss and cook until egg is cooked.

9Serve hot.
