  • 1-1/2 cups MINUTE Premium White Rice
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup cubed OSCAR MAYER Cooked Ham
  • 3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 lb. medium (about 26) fresh shrimp Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

Directions

    Prepare rice as directed on package; set aside.

    Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add ham, mushrooms, peas and green onion.

    Cook 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Add shrimp to skillet.

    Cook 4 minutes, stirring, until shrimp are pink.

    Stir in cooked rice, soy sauce and egg.

    With 2 wooden spoons, toss and cook until egg is cooked.
