Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon fennel
- 1/4 teaspoon savory
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup limoncello
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
Directions

1In a saute pan, mix the oil, garlic, zest and herbs.

2Heat the pan to medium-high. Cook until the mixture becomes aromatic, (less than a minute).

3Add the shrimp. Cook until the shrimp become pink, 3-4 minutes, tossing to blend the shrimp and herb mixture.

4Remove shrimp and set aside.

5Wipe out the pan with a paper towel and return to the stovetop.

6Add Limoncello to the pan and cook over medium-high heat until it is reduced in half.

7Remove from heat and whisk in the butter and cream.

8Pour over the shrimp.
