Ingredients: 1/4 c. warm water; 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin; 8 oz. cream cheese; 3 Tbsp. ketchup; 1 medium onion, finely chopped; 1/4 c. celery, finely chopped; 1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped; 1 c. shrimp; 1 c. mayonnaise; 1 Tbsp. lemon juice; 1 tsp. dry mustard

1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
8 oz. cream cheese
3 Tbsp. ketchup
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. celery, finely chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1 c. shrimp
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dry mustard

Melt cream cheese in ketchup over low heat.

Dissolve gelatin separately in warm water.

Add to cream cheese mixture.

Cool 10 minutes.

Add onion, celery, green pepper, lemon juice, dry mustard and shrimp; blend thoroughly.

Fold in mayonnaise.
