Ingredients

  • 1 large Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can shrimp
  • 1 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. green onions, chopped fine
  • 2 envelopes Knox gelatine
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Dissolve gelatine in water (set aside).

    Pour soup in pot.

    Do not add water.

    Heat to boiling. Add cream cheese in soup.

    Stir until melted.

    Add celery and green onions.

    Cook 5 minutes. Add shrimp and mayonnaise.

    Cook 5 minutes.

    Add dash of salt (Tony's seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder to taste).

    Pour gelatine into pot with soup and other ingredients.

    Mix.

    Pour into greased mold.

    Chill for 3 hours or overnight.
