Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 c. cold water
  • 1 c. tomato soup
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c. shrimp, drained and flaked
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 3 sticks celery, chopped fine

Directions

    Heat tomato soup until bubbly.

    Add to dissolved gelatin.

    Add all other ingredients in order.

    May also add Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, etc.

    Grease a mold.

    Pour in.

    Chill overnight.

    Serve with crackers.
