  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 8 oz. light cream cheese
  • 1 c. light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 small can shrimp

Directions

    Place first three ingredients in top of double boiler and cook until cheese is melted.

    Add the remaining ingredients.

    Pour into a lightly greased mold.

    When set, unmold and serve with crackers.
