- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (1/4 oz.) pkg. unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. finely diced onion
- 1/2 c. finely diced celery
- 1/2 c. finely chopped pepper
- 1 c. finely diced cooked shrimp
Directions

1In large saucepan over low heat, heat tomato soup and cream cheese, stirring, until cream cheese melts.

2Dissolve gelatin in cold water; stir into hot mixture.

3Remove from heat; blend in mayonnaise.

4Add the diced onion, celery, green pepper and shrimp. Pour mixture into a greased salad mold; refrigerate until firm. The flavor is better if allowed to set overnight.

5Serve as a salad or hors d'oeuvre with crackers.
