Ingredients
- 2 cans condensed cream of tomato soup
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, diced
- 2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. diced onion
- 1 c. sliced stuffed olives
- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. salad shrimp, cooked and diced
Directions

1Heat soup.

2Add cheese and stir until melted.

3Dissolve gelatin in water and stir into soup mixture.

4Let cool.

5Blend in mayonnaise and lemon juice.

6Chill until slightly set.

7Add celery, onion, olives and shrimp.

8Mix well.

9Lightly coat inside of fish mold; put an olive slice for the eye.

10Size should be 6 or 8 cups.

11You could also use a ring mold.

12Chill until firm. Unmold on bed of greens.

13If using ring mold, fill center with parsley sprigs or parsley and whole shrimp.
