Shrimp Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 can shrimp (small, whole), drained or 1/2 lb. fresh
  • celery to taste
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • onion to taste
  • 1 envelope Knox gelatine
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Mix Knox gelatine and 1/2 cup water first and set aside.

    Heat tomato soup and blend with cream cheese. Add all ingredients. Pour into mold.

    Chill until firm.

    Serve with favorite crackers, etc. or may be served as a salad.
