- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
- 1/2 c. onion, diced
- 1 can tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 pkg. Knox gelatine
- 1/4 c. hot water
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 small can shrimp, drained
Directions

1Heat tomato soup.

2Soften Knox gelatine in hot water.

3Pour soup and gelatine into bowl and add mayonnaise and softened cream cheese. Mix well with electric mixer.

4Add diced vegetables and shrimp.

5Stir well and pour into bowl or mold.

6Chill 3 hours.
