Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. celery, diced
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 c. onion, diced
  • 1 can tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1 pkg. Knox gelatine
  • 1/4 c. hot water
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 small can shrimp, drained

Directions

    Heat tomato soup.

    Soften Knox gelatine in hot water.
  3. 3
    Pour soup and gelatine into bowl and add mayonnaise and softened cream cheese. Mix well with electric mixer.

    Add diced vegetables and shrimp.

    Stir well and pour into bowl or mold.

    Chill 3 hours.
