  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 cans small shrimp
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. celery, diced fine
  • 1/4 c. onion, diced fine
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 1 envelope Knox gelatine

Directions

    Soak shrimp in ice water for 20 minutes; drain.

    Heat soup and cream cheese until melted.

    Add gelatine and 1/4 cup of water. Put back on heat and blend.

    Let mixture cool.

    Fold in all other ingredients.

    Pour into mold.

    Refrigerate for several hours. Serve with crackers.
