- 6 to 8 oz. green spinach noodles
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled
- 1 lb. crab meat
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. chives, chopped
- 3 tsp. cooking sherry
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.

2In a skillet, saute shrimp in margarine for 5 minutes or until pink. Combine mushroom soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, chives and sherry.

3Mix until well blended.

4In a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish, make layers, beginning with noodles, then shrimp and crab. Next, layer sauce mixture.

5Spread over seafood.

6Top with grated cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

8Makes 8 to 10 servings.
