Shrimp On Rice

  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 soup cans milk
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c. pimento, chopped
  • 1/2 c. catsup

Directions

    Saute onions and mushrooms in melted butter in large saucepan. Add celery soup and milk.

    Blend well.

    Add shrimp and last 4 ingredients.

    Simmer 10 minutes, stirring often.

    This is good served on rice with a salad and corn sticks.
