- 1 lb. shrimp
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1/4 c. chopped scallions
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 6 Tbsp. chicken broth
- rice
Directions

1Melt 1 stick butter.

2Add scallions, salt, garlic, peppers, basil, thyme and oregano. Stir.

3Add shrimp.

4Cook until pink. Add mushrooms and chicken broth (1/4 cup).

5Add remaining butter in chunks.

6Add parsley and 2 tablespoons broth to thicken.

7Pour over rice.
