  • 1 lb. cleaned and cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. white vinegar
  • white pepper and salt
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Combine shrimp and onion in a food processor or blender.

    (If you don't own a food processor, then chop finely for dip.)

    Cover and process.

    Combine shrimp mixture, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, pepper and salt.

    Stir in enough mayonnaise to make of spreading consistency.

    Serve with bread or crackers.

    Makes 2 cups.
