Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Knox gelatine (1 pkg.)
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 3 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 cans shrimp (tuna size)
  • 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Put Knox gelatine in 1/4 cup of water; stir and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.

    Heat tomato soup on medium heat until boiling, then add cream cheese, stirring constantly, until blended.

    Remove from heat; stir in Knox gelatine mixture.

    Let cool for 15 minutes, then add to remaining ingredients.

    Pour into a mold (4-cup size) and chill.
