- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 rib celery, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. green onions and parsley, mixed and finely chopped
- 1/2 c. flour
- cooking oil
Directions

1Cut shrimp into 3 to 4 pieces.

2Mix with onion, bell pepper and celery.

3Stir in remaining ingredients except oil and mix well. Cover bowl and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
