  • 1 1/2 lb. raw shrimp, peeled
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 rib celery, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 c. green onions and parsley, mixed and finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • cooking oil

Directions

    Cut shrimp into 3 to 4 pieces.

    Mix with onion, bell pepper and celery.

    Stir in remaining ingredients except oil and mix well. Cover bowl and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
