  • 2 pie crusts
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 4 garlic buttons
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 2 lb. peeled shrimp
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and red pepper to taste

Directions

    Saute onion, bell pepper, garlic and celery in margarine.

    Cut shrimp and add to listed ingredients.

    Cook until shrimp are pink. Add flour, mushroom soup, salt and pepper.

    Simmer about 15 minutes.

    Pour in crust, cover with top crust.

    Bake at 400° about 30 minutes.
