- 1 c. sliced onions
- 2 or 3 cloves garlic
- 4 or 5 peeled fresh tomatoes
- 1 or 2 bay leaves
- pinch of sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 lb. uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz. Feta cheese
Directions

1Saute onions in olive oil;
