- 1 1/2 lb. cleaned large shrimp, cooked
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 c. snipped parsley
- 2/3 c. salad oil (vegetable oil)
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- speck of pepper
Directions

1Combine shrimp, onion and parsley in large bowl.

2Mix salad oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper.

3Beat well.

4Pour over shrimp.

5Marinate several hours.

6Heap shrimp in serving dish. Makes about 25 to 30 servings.
