  • 1 1/2 lb. cleaned large shrimp, cooked
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 1 c. snipped parsley
  • 2/3 c. salad oil (vegetable oil)
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • speck of pepper

Directions

    Combine shrimp, onion and parsley in large bowl.

    Mix salad oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper.

    Beat well.

    Pour over shrimp.

    Marinate several hours.

    Heap shrimp in serving dish. Makes about 25 to 30 servings.
