  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 c. rice
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 lb. shrimp

Directions

    Melt butter in skillet.

    Saute bell pepper and onions. Combine other ingredients with pepper and onion.
