  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, ground
  • 1 1/2 lb. shrimp, ground
  • 3/4 lb. cream cheese
  • 1/2 lb. pecans, chopped fine
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Tabasco sauce to taste
  • bunch of parsley, chopped fine
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Combine softened cream cheese, ground fine shrimp, eggs, sauces and salt.

    Shape into roll about 2-inches in diameter. Combine chopped parsley and pecans and place in tray.

    Roll shrimp mixture in parsley and pecans until well covered.

    Chill.
