- thin white bread
- butter, softened
- Durkee famous sauce
- canned or fresh shrimp
- parsley (for garnish)
Directions

1Cut small rounds of thin white bread with 1 to 1 1/2-inch cutter.

2Butter one side of bread; spread other side with Durkee sauce.

3Put into large frying pan.

4Top sauce with small canned shrimp or fresh cleaned shrimp (cooked).

5Top with another tiny dab of Durkee sauce and tiny parsley leaf.

6Can refrigerate until ready to cook or fry until golden brown on bottom.

7Serve immediately after heating.
