- 2 lb. boiled shrimp
- 2 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 c. green onions
- 1/2 c. small white onions
- 2 pickles
- 4 stalks celery
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
- lettuce
- crackers
Directions

1Chop shrimp in half or thirds, depending on size.

2Chop fine and add parsley, green onions, white onions, pickles and celery. Add pinch of cayenne, salt and black pepper to taste.

3Fold in mayonnaise.

4Serve on lettuce leaves with crackers.
