- 1 qt. cooked shrimp
- 2 sweet pickles, chopped
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 or more large head lettuce
- catsup or chili sauce (to make pink)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- Tabasco sauce to taste
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
Directions

1Mix mayonnaise, catsup, Tabasco sauce, onion and pickle.
