- 1 lb. shrimp
- 1 large clove garlic
- 3 or 4 celery tops
- 2 celery ribs, finely chopped
- 1 hard-boiled egg, finely chopped
- 1 sweet pickle, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil shrimp in salty water, seasoned with the garlic and celery tops.

2Let water boil adding shrimp.

3Boil shrimp for about 15 minutes.

4Cut shrimp into 2 or 3 pieces.

5Mix thoroughly and add celery, egg, pickle and mayonnaise.

6Mix thoroughly and add salt and red pepper to taste.

7Serve with lettuce leaves or scraped out tomatoes.
