- 1 pound large shrimp peeled& de-veined
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 limes fresh
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- watercress
- greens
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Wash the greens and arrange them on a serving platter.

2Heat the oil over medium heat and saute the garlic carefully to just lightly brown.

3Add and saute the shrimp, turning to cook both sides, for about 5 minutes or until they become opaque.

4As the shrimp cook, transfer them to the platter over the greens.

5Sprinkle with juice squeezed from one of the limes;

6Add salt and pepper to taste.

7Garnish the platter with the remaining lime cut into wedges.
