- 3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. dry sherry or white wine
Directions

1Saute garlic in margarine. Add shrimp, oregano and salt.

2Cook over high heat, stirring constantly, 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp are pink.

3Stir in wine and serve.
