- 1 (8 oz.) box thin spaghetti
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 dozen medium shrimp, diced
- 4 to 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- Parmesan cheese (to top)
Directions

1Cook spaghetti in rapidly boiling salted water for 10 minutes; drain and rinse with cold water.

2Set aside.

3Melt margarine in a skillet.

4Add shrimp, garlic and mushrooms; cook slowly for 5 minutes.

5Add spaghetti to the skillet; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

6Toss in skillet until spaghetti is hot, but do not let margarine brown.

7Turn onto warm serving dish; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

8Garnish with sprigs of parsley for color, if desired.
