- 1 can shrimp, drained and finely chopped (could use fresh shrimp)
- 1 (4 oz.) container whipped cream cheese with chives
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped pimiento
- 2 green onion sprigs, chopped
- 1/2 doz. pastry puff
Directions

1Combine shrimp, cream cheese, pimiento and green onion.

2Roll out pastry to a 15 x 10-inch rectangle.

3Spread shrimp mixture over half the pastry.

4Fold in half over shrimp to a 15 x 5-inch rectangle.

5Cut into 15 one-inch wide strips.

6Hold each strip at both ends and twist to form a spiral.

7Place on ungreased baking pan (press ends down).

8Bake at 450° for about 10 minutes.

9Drain on paper towel.
