- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can shrimp
Directions

1Mix together cream cheese, butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

2Let shrimp stand in cold water for 1/2 hour, then drain and separate with fork.

3Mix shrimp, cheese mixture and onion. Refrigerate until firm.

4Serve with crisp crackers.
