  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 small can tiny shrimp, rinsed and drained well
  • 1/8 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. dill
  • dash of salt
  • 1 loaf mini pumpernickel bread (deli slices)

Directions

    Soften cream cheese to room temperature.

    Combine all ingredients, except bread.

    Beat until well blended.

    Chill until fairly stiff.

    Spread on pumpernickel rounds.
