Shrimp Stroganoff

- 4 c. shrimp
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms (1 large can)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1/8 tsp. garlic juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 c. sour cream
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Melt butter, add shrimp and cook on medium for 5 minutes. Remove shrimp to warming pan.

2Add rest of butter to pan.

3Add mushrooms and onions.

4Saute 5 minutes.

5Sprinkle flour on mixture in pan and mix.

6Stir in broth and seasonings.

7Reduce temperature and cook 2 minutes.

8Stir in sour cream.

9Add shrimp. Serve over rice.
