  • 6 large green peppers
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans shrimp
