- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 whole Limes, Juiced
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest
- 1 whole Red Jalapeno, Sliced With Seeds And Ribs Removed
- 13 cups Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoons Oregano
- 1 pound Raw Shrimp, Shelled
Directions

1Combine the marinade ingredients (all ingredients except the shrimp) in a metal or glass bowl and stir well to combine.

2Place shelled and rinsed shrimp in the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

3Preheat a medium-sized sauce pan over medium high heat.

4Saute shrimp until pink, about 3 minutes and no longer or they will be tough and chewy!

5Serve on corn or flour tortillas with sliced radishes, cilantro, avocado, onion, cabbage, lime wedges.
