  • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 whole Limes, Juiced
  • 2 Tablespoons Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • 1 whole Red Jalapeno, Sliced With Seeds And Ribs Removed
  • 13 cups Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoons Oregano
  • 1 pound Raw Shrimp, Shelled

Directions

    Combine the marinade ingredients (all ingredients except the shrimp) in a metal or glass bowl and stir well to combine.

    Place shelled and rinsed shrimp in the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Preheat a medium-sized sauce pan over medium high heat.

    Saute shrimp until pink, about 3 minutes and no longer or they will be tough and chewy!

    Serve on corn or flour tortillas with sliced radishes, cilantro, avocado, onion, cabbage, lime wedges.
