- Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- Flour
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Directions

1Heat oil to 375 degrees F.

2Roll shrimp in flour.

3Add sesame seeds to batter.

4Dip shrimp into batter and place in oil.

5Fry for 3 - 4 minutes.

6Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.

7In small bowl combine soy sauce, sesame seeds and sesame oil.

8Serve sauce with shrimp
