  • 1 lb. shrimp, boiled in shells and peeled
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. oil

Directions

    Marinate shrimp in rest of ingredients for 15 minutes.

    Drain and broil on grill 3 to 4 minutes on each side 4 inches from heat.
