- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes with diced green chillies, drained
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. peeled raw shrimp
- 1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 c. rice, cooked
Directions

1Combine butter/margarine, Ro-Tel tomatoes, green pepper, green onions and celery.

2Simmer for 30 minutes on medium heat.

3Add shrimp and mushroom soup.

4Simmer an additional 15 minutes on medium heat.

5Serve over cooked rice.
