- 1 lb. shrimp, cleaned
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. butter or oleo
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Saute shrimp and onions in butter 10 minutes or until tender. Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes or more.

2Sprinkle in flour, salt and pepper.

3Stir in sour cream and cook gently 10 minutes.

4Do not boil.

5Serve over rice.
