Ingredients: Crust:; 2 cups chocolate or plain Graham cracker crumbs; 1 stick unsalted butter, melted; 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon; Filling:; 1 pound cream cheese; 3 eggs; 1 cup granulated sugar; 1 pint sour cream (16oz); 1 lemon, zested; 1 tsp vanilla extract; 1/2 pint fresh Strawberries; 1 tbl spoons of Apricot or Strawberry jelly (for topping)

1 pint sour cream (16oz)

1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 pint fresh Strawberries
1 tbl spoons of Apricot or Strawberry jelly (for topping)

Press the crumbs into the bottom of the pan and about 1 inch up the sides (use the bottom of a glass to press the crumbs)Refrigerate for about 15 minutes.","3":"Filling: Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time beat until smooth. Gradually add the sugar and beat until creamy. Add the sour cream, lemon zest and vanilla and mix until combined (do not overbeat at this point). Pour into the springform pan.
