  • 1 1/2 lbs of mixed meat (pork/veal/beef/Italian sausage meat
  • 1/2 lb diced mozzarela cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 3 slices white bread diced
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbs chopped Italian parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    break up meat into small pieces and saute in butter or olive oil. Cool meat and mix with remaining ingredients. Stuff shells/place a scant tablespoon on crepe and fold into a retangler bundle. (do not overfill)
