Sid'S Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. stew meat
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can beefy mushroom soup
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 (20 oz.) bag mixed frozen vegetables
  • 1 (6 oz.) can hot and spicy tomato or V-8 juice
  • 1 (6 oz.) can regular tomato or V-8 juice
  • 1 (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes
  • 1 cube beef bouillon
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • Mrs. Dash seasoning as desired

Directions

    Brown stew meat in skillet in a small amount of oil.

    Add to your crock-pot along with all remaining ingredients.

    Cook all day (minimum of 8 hours) at low temperature.
