- 1 to 2 lb. stew meat
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can beefy mushroom soup
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 (20 oz.) bag mixed frozen vegetables
- 1 (6 oz.) can hot and spicy tomato or V-8 juice
- 1 (6 oz.) can regular tomato or V-8 juice
- 1 (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes
- 1 cube beef bouillon
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- Mrs. Dash seasoning as desired
Directions

1Brown stew meat in skillet in a small amount of oil.

2Add to your crock-pot along with all remaining ingredients.

3Cook all day (minimum of 8 hours) at low temperature.
