- 2 lb. carrots, sliced
- 1 (10 oz.) tomato soup
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 large onion
- 1 medium green pepper
- 4 stalks celery
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Dice onion, green pepper and celery.

2Set aside.

3Cook carrots until tender.

4Drain.

5Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer 10 minutes.

6Pour over carrots.

7Serve hot or cold.
