- 3 c. fresh cut silver queen corn (approximately 3 ears)
- 3 c. whipping cream
- 6 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Position knife blade in food processor bowl.

2Add corn and pulse until finely chopped.

3Place in colander; drain 1 hour. Combine corn and remaining ingredients; stir well.

4Pour corn mixture into ungreased 2-quart casserole.

5Bake uncovered at 325° for 1 hour and 45 minutes or until set.

6Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
